Muna's Feeding Program

We feel that food is the 50% of a healthy dog leaving the other 50% to be Genetics and buying a dog from a responsible breeder of course we also believe a dog is healthier with lots of love too!

"Biologically Appropriate Raw Food" or known as "Bones and Raw Foods"


First we believe in feeding our toys all separately to get each dog all the proper nutrition it needs. We feed a combo of Raw, Dry and Cook rolls, can food along with supplements. We feed each dog differently depending on senior, over weight, stud & dam, show adults & teens and lastly puppies. Each dog is given food according to weight and its special needs. Our dogs are feed Raw diet 3 times a day for puppies, 2 times for young adults, 1 time a day for adults.  All dogs unless over weight are free feed quailty dry foods. The foods we mix and feed are listed below.

( All our meat is supplied by Creston Valley Meats in Creston,Ca and we are members of Purina so most of our dry food comes from them. )


~cooked foods~

  • Natural Balance dog food rolls-Lamb,  Duck & Potato formula's- we use this as bait for training and use a small amount crumbled over food as a snack.
~raw foods~
  • Creston Valley Meat- berry chicken mix, orange beef. orange chicken, ground sheep, ground turkey & bone, and rab-deen are the meats we use. 50% of our dogs get a combo of these meats per meal. We measure according to each dogs weight.
~dry foods~
  • Purina Pro Plan shred blend, chicken, beef and lamb
  • Purina Pro Plan puppy lamb & rice
  • Evo Reduced fat
  • Evo small bite beef
           All our dry foods are placed in separate bowls and free feed, except                  those on a diet which are feed only Evo Reduced fat and Natural Balance rolls and feed in small amounts several times a day.
~can foods~
  • Purina Pro Plan Selects- puppy and adult in Natural Turkey & Barley entree. Our can food is for picky eaters to help aid in food consumption and for our puppies. We will mix in dry for thoose dogs that don't eat.
~supplements~
  • Biotin-is for dogs needing to grow coat or is in show coat.
  • Show Stopper- we feed to all dogs except over weight dogs and puppies under 10 months. This helps build muscle, weight, coat and joints.
  • Probiotics- we feed to all dogs.
  • folic acid- to dams nursing and pregnant.
