Muna's Feeding Program

We feel that food is the 50% of a healthy dog leaving the other 50% to be Genetics and buying a dog from a responsible breeder of course we also believe a dog is healthier with lots of love too! We feel if we breed the top healthy bloodlines and feed them correctly. We have no worries on any health conditions in our dogs!

We Support the BARF diet!

"Biologically Appropriate Raw Food" or known as "Bones and Raw Foods"

First we believe in feeding our toys all separately to get each dog all the proper nutrition it needs. We feed a combo of Raw, Dry and Cook rolls, can food along with supplements. We feed each dog differently depending on senior, over weight, stud & dam, show adults & teens and lastly puppies. Each dog is given food according to weight and its special needs. Our dogs are feed Raw diet 3 times a day for puppies, 2 times for young adults, 1 time a day for adults.  All dogs unless over weight are free feed quailty dry foods. The foods we mix and feed are listed below.

( All our meat is supplied by Creston Valley Meats in Creston,Ca and we are members of Purina so most of our dry food comes from them. )

~cooked foods~

• Natural Balance dog food rolls-Lamb.  Duck & Potato formula's- we use this as bait for training and use a small amount crumbled over food as a snack.

"Contracts"

All our chihuahuas are sold with a contract. In purchasing a puppy from us, please understand that our primary concern is looking for homes for our dogs, rather than just "finding a puppy" for you. Each of our pups are placed by determining each personality and size to match the perfect fit with homes in which we believe they will be happy and healthy.In order to help us complete this transition most effectively, you will need to fill out our Puppy Questionnaire to help us learn more about you.

Because the welfare of our puppies is most important, we request that your home be free of 1) health issues which may potentially cause a replacement of our puppy; 2) other animals that are not socialized to small pets; and, 3) children that have not been exposed to small pets. WE WILL NOT SELL to puppymills, brokers or "backyard" breeders!

I now have in my sale agreement that if one of my chihuahuas is used with a full registration to make any mixed breeds, i can collect $10,000, plus get the chihuahua back at no cost for damage to my reputation as a breeder and to maintain the integrity of the chihuahua breed.

Babies 3-6 weeks of age $250 

Puppies 8 weeks of age are must be paid In Full

Show puppies 10 weeks and older for sale require a 50% deposite and must be Paid in Full within two weeks or by the date of pick-up. After 12 weeks of age, we will add boarding cost to the price of purchase. 

We Except  Federal Bank Money Orders & checks (for deposits only).

Final payment must be paid by either  cash orFederal Bank Money Orders ONLY!

PET 

When purchasing a Pet Quality puppy from us,you are buying a puppy which is in good health, very happy and well socialized. All of our puppies are up-to-date(UTD) on shots, wormer and vet checked. ALL puppies are sold with Limited AKC registration and Spay/Neuter Contract. (We will not sell an intact Pet Quality puppy with Full AKC registration. If you're looking to purchase a pup for breeding and/or showing you MUST buy a Show Prospect puppy. (Please see Show Contract below.) Our Puppies are based on the evaluation of quality of conformation to the AKC standards, in addition to his/her personality for the show ring. If they are not perfectly suited in our opinion for showing, they will then make excellent pets! Puppy prices are $1000 and up, contingent on color, sex, coat type,pedigree and size.

SHOW/BREEDING 

All of our pups are evaluated at 6-8 weeks to determine Pet Quality and 10-12 weeks for Show/Breeding prospects. If any are held back after 12 weeks, we feel these are the very best and would then look for Show homes. No Guarantee as show quality on any pups that are under 6 months and have not been shown, nor received a ribbon or a point. any pup that is over 6 months and received a point or is finished is to us a good show dog!

Show/Breeding pups start at $1500 and up depending on the pedigree.

STUD SERVICE 

We offer Stud Service to approved bitches ONLY. We offer artificial insemination (AI) and Live Collections to outside bitches and studs. All BItches must be UTD on all shots, wormer and flea medication before coming to our kennel, along with a Brucellosis test done with in 10 days of breeding. We charge $500 for our stud conditional on lines, pedigrees and championship. We require bitch be here when she is still bleeding and stay for at least two ties or four AIs. We do not recommend shipping after breed. If your bitch does not get pregnant the first time, we will do a repeat the following heat at no charge. If again she does not get pregnant, we recommend you get a health vet check to insure she is able to carry a puppy. We are not responsible to the bitch or the litter after breeding has taken place . Please practice responsible breeding and care for your dogs.

All puppies sold registration are pre-named by Muna's Toys and will not be changed for any reason. (AKC will notify us if any request had been made on any name changes) If you send deposit for your pup before 4 weeks old of age you may asset in picking out a name our litters are named by "themes" and you can choose a name with-in our "theme" for that particular litter. 

Non Refundable deposit of $______________ to hold a pup before 12 weeks of age.

Health Guarantee: Your puppy will have a vet exam prior to being shipped and come with a health certificate. You must agree to have your puppy examined by a licensed vet within twenty four hours of receiving the puppy.  There will be no full refunds after the twenty four hours if you had no vet check. You must email the health cert. back to me with in forty eight hours of owning the pup. We will refund price of puppy if puppy is found to be ill do to health or genetic reasons with in the twenty four our vet check. This does not include shipping or vet fee's occurred.  I do not guarantee color, size, fertility or show quality as there is no way of guaranteeing these things because other factors may influence them.

Show Guarantee: Your pup will only be Guaranteed as a show dog if you buy a dog over 6 months and we have shown the dog ourselves or you purchase a dog which obtained points or is already a champion. We never guarantee the dog will finish its championship for other things can influence the nature of a dogs personality or health.
