Contracts
All our chihuahuas are sold with a contract. In purchasing a puppy from us, please understand that our primary concern is looking for homes for our dogs, rather than just "finding a puppy" for you. Each of our pups are placed by determining each personality and size to match the perfect fit with homes in which we believe they will be happy and healthy.In order to help us complete this transition most effectively, you will need to fill out our Puppy Questionnaire to help us learn more about you.
Because the welfare of our puppies is most important, we request that your home be free of 1) health issues which may potentially cause a replacement of our puppy; 2) other animals that are not socialized to small pets; and, 3) children that have not been exposed to small pets. WE WILL NOT SELL to puppymills, brokers or "backyard" breeders!
I now have in my sale agreement that if one of my chihuahuas is used with a full registration to make any mixed breeds, i can collect $10,000, plus get the chihuahua back at no cost for damage to my reputation as a breeder and to maintain the integrity of the chihuahua breed.

Puppies 8 weeks of age are must be paid In Full
Show puppies 10 weeks and older for sale require a 50% deposite and must be Paid in Full within two weeks or by the date of pick-up. After 12 weeks of age, we will add boarding cost to the price of purchase.

PET CONTRACTS
When purchasing a Pet Quality puppy from us,you are buying a puppy which is in good health, very happy and well socialized. All of our puppies are up-to-date(UTD) on shots, wormer and vet checked. ALL puppies are sold with Limited AKC registration and Spay/Neuter Contract. (We will not sell an intact Pet Quality puppy with Full AKC registration. If you're looking to purchase a pup for breeding and/or showing you MUST buy a Show Prospect puppy. (Please see Show Contract below.) Our Puppies are based on the evaluation of quality of conformation to the AKC standards, in addition to his/her personality for the show ring. If they are not perfectly suited in our opinion for showing, they will then make excellent pets! Puppy prices are $500 and up, contingent on color, sex, coat type,pedigree and size.
SHOW/BREEDING CONTRACTS
All of our pups are evaluated at 6-8 weeks to determine Pet Quality and 10-12 weeks for Show/Breeding prospects. If any are held back after 12 weeks, we feel these are the very best and would then look for Show homes subject to co-ownership.
All of our females are sold under contract with a puppy back and first planned breeding to a sire of our choice. Males will be sold under contract and terms stating that we will be able to use him in our breeding program 1 time after he has been championed.
Show/Breeding pups start at $1000 and up depending on the pedigree.
All co-ownerships are either under a Breeding Contract, Specials Contract, or Championship Contract.
In co-owning for a Breeding Contract, we offer a reduced price for a pup, which you will show and then breed to a sire of our choosing. The final "payment" will be a show pick of the litter - chosen by myself or another reputable breeder - as the first pick of litter. If a show pup of our choosing is not born, a repeat breeding will be necessary. We will then choose the pick of the litter from the second litter.
In a Specials Contract, the breeder and ourselves will co-own a dog, bred by both parties that will be required to become a champion. This champion must be "Specialed" in the show ring. Under this contract, Tina Marie Price or Hannah Alicia Werner will be named as owner/breeder of said dog and we will have full breeding rights. Co-owner will have full ownership rights.
Our Championship Contract offers a reduced rate on a show/breeding puppy of 50%, but you MUST complete his/her championship or pay the remained of the original fee Plus $100 for every point that is earned towards the dogs championship. When championship status is obtained, FULL Ownership will be acquired and signed over. If said dog is shown in ten shows within 18 months of age and has not received a point, co-owner will be required to return said puppy allowing us to finish the dog ourselves.
All show dogs sold by us that stay and are shown by us, will be shown without a handling fee. Co-owner will be only charged $1 per day for board and a small additional traveling fee for shows. Co-owner will be responsible for paying all entry fees for show.
STUD SERVICE CONTRACT
We offer Stud Service to approved bitches ONLY. We offer artificial insemination (AI) and Live Collections to outside bitches and studs. All BItches must be UTD on all shots, wormer and flea medication before coming to our kennel, along with a Brucellosis test done with in 10 days of breeding. We charge $400 and $600 for our stud conditional on lines, pedigrees and championship. We require bitch be here when she is still bleeding and stay for at least two ties or four AIs. We do not recommend shipping after breed. If your bitch does not get pregnant the first time, we will do a repeat the following heat at no charge. If again she does not get pregnant, we recommend you get a health vet check to insure she is able to carry a puppy. We are not responsible to the bitch or the litter after breeding has taken place . Please practice responsible breeding and care for your dogs.
